ESTABLISHMENT CATEGORIZATION

Understanding your establishment category is the first step in identifying the applicable environmental regulations and determining the qualifications required for your designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO). Under DENR Administrative Order No. 2014-02, establishments are classified based on their environmental aspects and potential impacts, which determine whether they fall under Category A or Category B.

Car Parking:

The parking slots in front of the building are shared by all building clients, and therefore, parking is limited to a maximum of thirty minutes only.

From Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITx):

Option 1: Ride the EDSA Carousel to MRT Taft Station. Get off at Quezon Avenue Station, then take a jeepney (with signs Litex, SM Fairview, or Bagong Silang). Get off at Philcoa. From there, ride a tricycle going to the Animat Building on Maginhawa Street (landmark: AUB).

Option 2: Take the EDSA Carousel to Quezon Avenue Station. From there, ride a jeepney going to Philcoa. Then, take a tricycle to Animat Building along Maginhawa.

From Cubao:

From Savemore Market Gen. Romulo, Cubao, you can take a jeepney going to Kalayaan (Litex / SM Fairview route). Get off at Malingap Street, then ride a tricycle to Animat Building, Maginhawa Street.
