A Shared Vision That Became Envia

OUR STORY

Envia Consultancy, Inc. was established in 2017 by a multidisciplinary team of environmental planners trained at the University of the Philippines Diliman School of Urban and Regional Planning (UP SURP). Guided by a shared commitment to nation-building and responsible development, Envia was founded to help communities and organizations address complex environmental and planning challenges.

The name Envia reflects this purpose. It combines “en,” derived from environment, and “via,” the Latin word for way or path. Together, the name embodies the belief that environmental protection is a pathway toward sustainable development.

Today, Envia brings together capabilities in environmental management, urban and regional planning, research, and capacity development. We work with government agencies, local government units, private organizations, institutions, and development partners across the Philippines, combining technical knowledge, regulatory understanding, and practical implementation to develop solutions grounded in local conditions and responsive to our clients’ needs.
